Carabiner

A carabiner is a metal hook with a spring clip or screw closure that is used to quickly and securely attach parts to each other. Within BDSM, the carabiner is widely used in bondage, suspension, and restraint to securely attach ropes, chains, or cuffs to rings or other attachment points.
