Codpiece

A codpiece is a distinctive crotch piece worn over or attached to trousers, originally intended to cover and accentuate the male genitals. In BDSM and fetish contexts, the codpiece is used as an aesthetic, symbolic, or erotic element, often made of leather, metal, or sturdy fabric.
