FLR

FLR is an abbreviation for Female Led Relationship. It is a type of relationship in which the woman consciously takes on the leading, guiding, and decision-making role. The man takes on a more subordinate or supportive position, often based on trust, respect, and mutual consent. Within BDSM, an FLR often falls under the umbrella of Femdom, but it can also exist outside the sexual sphere.
