Hemostatic clamps

Hemostatic clamps (hemostats) are medical instruments that are sometimes used in BDSM as toys to temporarily clamp skin or tissue together. They were originally used in medicine to clamp blood vessels during surgery, but in an erotic context they serve to cause controlled pain stimuli or pressure.
