Infantilism

Infantilism is a form of age play in which an adult (usually the sub) consciously takes on the role of a child. This can range from behaviors such as speaking in a childlike voice or wearing children's clothing, to completely assuming a childlike identity during a session or role play. The Dominant often takes on the role of parent, caregiver, or educator in this game.
