SPH

Small Penis Humiliation (abbreviated SPH) is a form of humiliation play within BDSMin which the Dominant belittles or mocks the sub because of the (perceived) small size of his penis. The goal is not physical pain, but mental and emotional stimulation through humiliation, control, and playing on vulnerability.
