Paraphilic infantilism

Paraphilic infantilism refers to a sexual paraphilia in which an adult experiences sexual arousal by imagining themselves as a baby, toddler, or young child. This occurs exclusively between consenting adults. This experience is also known as AB, ABDL, Adult baby, Ageplay, Baby play, or Infantilism.
